In a spacious venue, a larger floor gives that effect more room to unfold. The 20 × 20 ft option creates a broad, dramatic foreground for your reception stage and space for guests to join the celebration. It is our largest option for couples who want the dance floor to be a defining part of the room.
At 400 square feet, it is nearly 2.8 times the area of a 12 × 12 ft floor. The difference is visible in the room and in wide photographs: more illuminated surface, a stronger centerpiece, and more room for the party to grow.

16 × 16 ft · $1,300: A balanced choice when you want a substantial dance area while keeping room for dining tables, the DJ and easy guest circulation.
12 × 12 ft · $1,000: A focused, glowing dance area for an intimate reception, birthday or smaller event space. You still get a distinct place for dancing without overwhelming the room.

Is there a refundable damage deposit?
Yes. A separate $600 damage deposit is required in advance, in addition to the rental fee. It is returned after pickup and inspection when there is no chargeable damage and all supplied equipment and accessories are returned. Normal wear from ordinary dancing is not chargeable.
What is the remote-control policy?
Return any supplied remote at pickup in substantially the same condition. A $100 replacement/administrative fee applies if it is lost, not returned or made unusable through misuse. Other missing accessories are charged at reasonable replacement cost.
How much does an LED dance floor rental cost in Houston?
Our 20 × 20 ft dance floor is $1,500, our 16 × 16 ft is $1,300, and our 12 × 12 ft is $1,000. Each price includes the floor rental, delivery, professional setup, teardown and pickup.
Are setup and teardown included in the price?
Yes. Setup and teardown are included in all three packages, along with delivery and pickup. Our team handles the floor installation and removal, so your family can focus on the celebration.

The 20 × 20 ft floor creates the largest visual statement, with 400 square feet of illuminated floor. It offers 144 more square feet than the 16 × 16 ft option for $200 more. Choose it when your venue has room for the floor and comfortable circulation around it.
Can I rent just the dance floor without booking event decor?
Yes. You can book a standalone dance floor rental or include it in your Decor by Srav event. Tell us whether you need the floor alone or would also like a coordinated decor proposal.

Yes. We can plan the dance floor alongside your wedding reception, Sangeet or other event decor. The prices on this page cover the dance floor rental and its setup and removal; any additional decor is listed in your event proposal.

Start with how many guests are likely to dance at the same time and whether you have choreographed performances. Then review the venue floor plan, tables, DJ position and clear walkways. The 12 × 12 ft floor provides 144 square feet, the 16 × 16 ft provides 256, and the 20 × 20 ft provides 400. We can help you compare them for your layout.
What does the venue need to provide?
Share the available floor dimensions, surface type, access route, power availability and setup and pickup windows. We will review these details with you before confirming placement. Keep guest walkways, doors and venue exits clear.
Can the dance floor be used outdoors?
Please send photos and details of the proposed location before booking an outdoor setup. Suitability depends on the surface, weather protection and venue conditions. We will review the location and confirm whether it can work; outdoor suitability is not assumed.
How do I book a dance floor?
Send Sravanthi your event date, venue or city, preferred size, event type and approximate guest count. Let us know whether you want a standalone rental or dance floor with decor. Use our booking page to choose a size and available event date and save your reservation directly on the website. Pay the separate $600 refundable damage deposit in advance through Zelle to 346-717-8277 after saving your reservation. Include your name, floor size and event date in the payment comment. The rental fee is separate; payment timing follows your invoice.
